where The sun always shines

The Hollywood Hills provide the ultimate in status, luxury, and aesthetic. The name alone is known the world-over as a prime real estate location for the rich and famous. With homes ranging from classic to neo-modern, the remarkably diverse architecture is a sight to behold and offers something for everyone. It’s easy to see why this is the place to truly live among the stars. Its breathtaking views and lavish houses make it easy to see why, for over eighty years, the Hills have been home to many notable individuals within the entertainment industry. If that wasn’t enough, its highly recognized public schools and low population density give it big-city amenities in a private setting. That’s why, for many, the Hollywood Hills are the tangible representation for achieving the American dream.

los happy place

Los Feliz effortlessly mixes old Hollywood style with modern cool. Named after its colonial Spanish-Mexican land grantee José Vicente Feliz, it’s home to many prominent restaurants and bars. Some were classic dives in their hey-day, frequented by the likes of Charles Bukowski and Lawrence Tierney. Mickey Mouse was first created here when Walt Disney drew his first image of the famous character in his uncle’s garage, located on Kingswell Avenue. Its timeless offerings shine through its amazing views and outdoor activity. Nestled next to Griffith Park and the Griffith Observatory, Los Feliz makes it easy to explore the hills and space in a single day. With great public schools and a youthful yet family friendly atmosphere, it’s a neighborhood that’s equal parts hip and homey Los Feliz really has it all!

A CITY's oasis

Silverlake is a trendy residential and commercial neighborhood in Central Los Angeles that’s made a name for itself in recent years by becoming one of the hippest places to live in America. The eclectic enclave boasts some of the nation’s most lauded farmer’s markets, a booming arts scene, and one of the largest creative class communities in the country. Silverlake’s restaurant, clubs, and weekly art walks are a must see and make it a one-stop shop for all things cool. Even Walt Disney’s first studio was actually built here. If that isn’t enough, it’s also home to some of the most avant garde, Modernist architecture in North America. Originally, Silverlake was named for Water Board Commissioner, Herman Silver, who was instrumental in the creation of the Silver Lake Reservoir, located within the neighborhood. Today, its diverse population is as unique and robust as its architecture and culture.

The city of angels

The question in Los Angeles is never what to do, but where to begin. This city is the greatest collective of creative people in the world. You will never find more entertainers, artists, and thought leaders together, sharing a latte.

Whether it be the food culture or style of architecture or option of schools, every community is as unique and special as the people who live there.

Although Silverlake, Hollywood Hills, and Los Feliz is the local area I sell real estate in, I also help clients in all of Los Angeles county. As a native Angelino, I've explored and appreciated almost all the neighborhoods. Feel free to ask me questions for any area of your interests.
